Let's fail forward – this bilingual F*ck-Up-Night invites coaches and trainers from across the Lake Constance region and beyond to speak openly about what usually stays in the shadows: professional missteps and moments of failure.

We create a space for honest reflection and shared learning. Because coaching means growth – and growth is rarely linear.

In the beautiful setting of Villa Lucia in Konstanz, we'll hear courageous, real-life stories from the coaching field. Some painful, some surprising, some funny – all valuable.

Alongside our speakers, we warmly invite all participants to reflect on their own experiences – and to share them if they wish.

About:
Roberto Hirche – Systemic coach, facilitator and applied improviser. Known for his clarity, humor and depth, Roberto helps leaders and teams cultivate a human-centered work culture – using the power of improvisation to stay agile when things get messy.

Anke Paulick - has been shaping the digital development and professionalization of the coaching profession for many years. As a strategist, innovation advisor, and supervisory board member for AI in coaching and learning, she supports companies in business development and change processes. She is a regular keynote speaker on AI coaching, the digital coaching market, and future leadership skills. As co-founder of the AI coaching start-up evoach, she is one of the pioneers of applied AI in L&D and combines commercial, technical, and professional expertise like few others. Anke Paulick has been a volunteer member of the board of ICF Germany e.V. since 2021. Currently President Elect, she will become the next president in November 2025.
